Breathing Meditation Class

Held in the Serenity room. This practice includes various meditation styles to balance energy canters, open the lungs, rest the mind , and connect with inner wisdom.

This class combines guided meditation with breathing exercises. Breathing with intention is a marvelous meditation tool. Take time to connect with your breath. It is key to achieving mindfulness. There exists a primal connection between breath and spirit. The very act of breath is life, and breathing combined with meditative exercises can release tension and restore calm. Aiding in the release of negative energies.
