Have you ever wondered how and where to get started on a path that leads to better health? Make an appointment to talk with Julie Short; Class Instructor, Health Educator and Resource Planner. This is where your path to great health begins!

Choose between a session of either a 50 minute Healthy Lifestyle Consultation, or a 50 minute one-on-one Balanced Body Workout. It is recommended that you have the consultation first and then rotate as needed between the two different sessions.

Waiver must be filled out prior to class, and can be found here.

Julie will share resources as well as individual counsel to fit your health needs and goals and to teach you how to listen to your body for what it requires to be healthy. She will also talk with you about what Breathe Wellness Center has to offer for your amazing journey to health!

Come on into BREATHE and experience a rejuvenating one-on-one physical training session to help improve flexibility and form! Be shown in a comfortable private setting how to improve your muscle tone. Work out any pain or discomfort you are feeling by learning the proper alignment for a balanced body.
